This week I chat with a dear friend and supporter – my very own Business Manager Ann Little – Ann is currently on a journey many are facing now – to discovering she has ADHD. Ann shares her ah ha moments which led her to research into this area. How it then shaped how she approached her work and how she supports others now in their self-relationship.
Such a fun interview to do 😊
Ann is a Certified Online Business Manager® and proud neurodivergent business owner who has built a life and career by working with her brain, not against it. Discovering her neurodivergence was a turning point — one that brought clarity, self-compassion, and a whole new approach to business and life.
She now supports other ambitious, neurodivergent entrepreneurs to find structure, gain momentum, and grow sustainably — without burning out.
Away from the business, she juggles a full and lively home with her husband, two children, a cat with attitude, and a cuddle-obsessed dog.
