In this episode of the Bulldog Business Show, we’re highlighting how Mississippi State University’s College of Business is empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs—starting early and continuing through college.
In our Business Bites, we recap Club 1915 alumni events in Biloxi and Arlington, celebrate the 2025 Reveille 26 honorees, and recognize award-winning COB staff for their outstanding work in marketing, writing, and digital communications.
Then, we sit down with the MSU Center for Entrepreneurship and Outreach (E-Center) to talk about Lemonade Day—a hands-on entrepreneurship experience for K–12 students across the Golden Triangle. Learn how young entrepreneurs are building business skills, practicing financial literacy, and giving back to their communities.
Plus, we hear from student entrepreneur Grant Houston, founder of Ready, Set, Prep, a meal-prep app designed to simplify cooking and help users discover new recipes in a swipe-style format. Grant shares how the E-Center has helped him refine his idea, pivot his strategy, and prepare for launching his business.
