Cameron Mofid visited all 195 countries in the world by age 25.
Yes! Even THAT one!
However, this conversation isn’t really about checking countries off a list.
It’s about what drove him to do it.
Fear. Anxiety. Curiosity. The need to push himself into places that scared him.
And perhaps most interesting of all… what happens after you accomplish the giant thing you thought would change everything?
Cameron and I talk about fear, mental health, human connection, the strange power of intentionally getting uncomfortable, and what seven years of saying YES to the unknown taught him about life.
Oh, and there are some absolutely wild travel stories.
Including one hotel room in Tuvalu that gives a whole new meaning to “room with a view.”
This one will make you want to rethink what you’re afraid of saying YES to
In This Episode, You'll Learn:
- How to face fear through gradual exposure.
- Why your biggest challenges can prepare you for the next one.
- How travel can build empathy and human connection.
- Why accomplishing a huge goal isn't always the finish line.
3 Action Items:
- Write it down and rate it from 1 to 10. Then choose a small, manageable step that moves you toward it.
- Ask yourself, “What is one thing I can say YES to today that will move me forward?”
- Have a conversation with someone whose background, experience, or perspective is different from yours. Ask questions and look for the human connection you share.
