Over the last several weeks, we’ve had you vote on who you thought were the best players in the first 100 years of Murray State Men’s Basketball. Today we continue our countdown with former Racer great Aubrey Reese, who you voted #18 on our list.
Reese, who was the 2000 Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Year, only played for three years at Murray State. To this day, Reese is in the Top 30 on the program’s all-time scoring list, and he’s still #10 on the all-time assist list.
Today we talked with Hall of Fame broadcaster Neal Bradley, who had a front row seat for Reese’s career in a Murray State uniform.
If you’d like to listen to my talk with Reese from last summer about his time at Murray State, you can find that here.
If you’d like to watch the video version of this podcast with Neal Bradley, you can find that here.
