Paul-Bernard Jaroslawski is the President and Founder of FreightCaviar, an entrepreneur known for blending entertainment and education in the logistics world. Born and raised in Chicago, Paul graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in 2015 and began his career in logistics shortly after. In 2017, he was sent to Kyiv, Ukraine, by Everest Transportation Systems to open and lead an outsourced operation. Over three years, he scaled the office from just four employees to nearly 100, gaining a deep, hands-on understanding of international logistics operations. In 2020, during the global pandemic, Paul relocated to Poland and launched FreightCaviar—a media platform dedicated to the logistics industry. Through clever memes, insightful podcasts, and a widely read triweekly newsletter, FreightCaviar has become a go-to source of both entertainment and industry knowledge for freight brokers, dispatchers, and truck drivers. Paul is also the co-founder of ShipperCRM, a tool built to help freight brokers and trucking companies across the U.S. quickly identify and connect with manufacturers and shippers. Today, Paul continues to build community and conversation in the freight world—one meme, podcast, and newsletter at a time.
