Doug Fearing is a devoted husband, proud father of two lovely daughters, grandfather, great grandfather, entrepreneur, community leader, church leader, youth mentor and board member of two non-profit organizations, of which he helped found. He is, also, a past State President of the Wisconsin Jaycees, better known today as Junior Chamber International (JCI). Over the years he has gained a profound appreciation for both the exhilaration of success and the heartbreak of setbacks.
