If Trump loses in November, then several states will annul the votes of their citizens and simply declare Trump the winner, send Trump electors to Washington, and Trump will be appointed President. It doesn’t matter what the Constitution says or what the Supreme Court decides, Joe Biden will be the last democratic president.
