Thank you for tuning back in to the Build Good Humans podcast. While my goal is ultimately to share amazing parents, step parents, mentors, coaches, teachers, and more with you, I thought I'd take a moment to share a bit about about myself as well.
If you're new to me or new to the podcast, this episode will give you a bit of a view into my background, my upbringing, and what life looks like these days.
Additionally, I tackle the topic of being busy. While in many cases, it feels like a necessary evil, in this episode I talk about my own views on being busy, if we're actually productive or just busy for the sake of ”being busy,” and what effect this may be having on our kids.
While I certainly prefer having a guest to chat with, from time to time, I think it's important to drop in with a solo episode and this seemed like a perfect time. I hope you guys dig it!
