On this episode of the PPIA Impact we sit down with Natalie McNeil, Vice President of PPIA. Natalie has a distinguished career as a cosmetologist and salon owner. She obtained her teacher's license in cosmetology from the Berean Institute and went on to work in various salons in Philadelphia, steadily climbing the ladder to success. In 1987, she opened her own business, "Ends Hair Design and Day Spa." Natalie is actively involved in giving back to the community, serving as an advisory board member for cosmetology programs in local high schools and volunteering with organizations like the American Cancer Society's "Look Good Feel Better" program and "Hope Cuts.
