How will dancing in a forest with loud music and strangers (who become soul sisters!) help you?

What’s important:
Women need in-person community now more than ever. What they also need is an opportunity to unburden themselves of their roles and responsibilities for a given amount of time so that they can just….BE! They can be themselves without worrying how it will appear or come off. They can move their bodies in ways theyfeel, not “how they should”. They can experience the joy of music, vibration, and community without judgement or shame. These things are necessary for us to tap into on a regular basis through dance, play, laughter in a safe gathering space!
