Floris is passionate about the evolution of individuals, organisations, and humanity. With a background in physics and astronomy, and 15 years of working in government commercial consulting, Floris transitioned to working as an organisational coach and consultant after a period of after a period of personal transformation.
Today, he helps organisations that desire to move beyond the traditional management hierarchy. By using structured forms of self-management (such as Holacracy), Floris helps teams and organisations make the leap to a next stage in development.
