Sue is also a well established author having contributed to numerous industry text books and is a prolific public speaker not only on the technical aspects of insurance but also in relation to her experiences on having been a leading light in respect of inclusion and diversity in The City.

In this episode, Sue explains the move from four qualification stages to three — Certificate, Diploma and Associate — and what these changes mean for students and practising claims professionals.
We discuss the proposed structure at each qualification level, the introduction of coursework, the greater emphasis on practical application and professional judgement, and the transitional arrangements for existing students.
Sue and Ted will return with further episodes as more detailed information becomes available, including a discussion of the new syllabuses once these have been finalised.
