I’m not saying I’m throwing goals out the window—but I’m not not saying that either.
Goals can give us a direction, but they don’t always account for the changing capacity, seasons, and beautiful unpredictability of an actual human life. And habits? For some of us, they can become one more opportunity to believe we’re getting it wrong.
In this episode, I’m exploring a different way to think about consistency: not as maintaining a perfect streak, but as finding a rhythm we can return to. Because a habit says, “Do the thing.” A rhythm says, “Return to the thing.”
What if your life is more like music than a spreadsheet? What if losing the beat doesn’t mean you’ve failed—it simply means it’s time to listen for the one and jump back in?
Let’s talk about setting a trajectory without gripping the route, building rhythms that support who we’re becoming, and leaving enough room along the way to discover and delight in the unexpected.
Welcome to Star Potential — where we explore what it means to live your evolution in real time.

Work With Me: The Star Power Hour
Do you have something important you’re preparing to communicate, but it doesn’t feel fully alive yet?
Bring me what you’re already working on: a presentation, speech, audition piece, podcast, pitch, social media video, performance, or even an important conversation. During this complimentary one-on-one session, we’ll play with how you’re delivering it, move perfection into the backseat, and uncover the presence, personality, and magnetism underneath it.
This isn’t about starting over or making your words more polished. It’s about helping the preparation you’ve already done come alive, so the people receiving it don’t merely understand you; they feel you.
I’m currently opening a small number of complimentary Star Power Hours while I explore and develop this work. If something immediately came to mind, I’d love to work with you.
