I’ve been rewarding myself after Bible study with a little shopping trip. But after a budgeting chat, the shopping spree has to pause.
Instead, I’m taking a trip to Trader Joe’s and pretending it’s TJ Maxx! 🍏
This got me thinking about the lessons we learn from our upbringing. Just like Susanna from the book of Daniel, who was raised in faith and taught how to pray, it’s important to instill values and traditions in our children.
Our childhood experiences shape us, and the love and faith we receive lay the foundation for our future.
Let’s not forget to make faith a priority, just like my parents did for me. What traditions are you carrying forward in your family?
