Charles Chmielak gets behind the microphone at AFN Rota for his monthly “Morning Joe with the CO” radio show along with Cmdr. Mike Eberhart, NAVSTA Rota public works officer, and John Eichstadt, deputy public works officer to discuss the ongoing and future projects fulfilled by the public works department and the people that make those projects a reality.
