In this episode, I sit down with 1P client Lee Wells – co-founder of a logistics business, husband, dad, and someone who, on paper, had everything in a good place. 
Business was doing well, family life was solid, and nothing was obviously wrong.
But something was off. He knew he wasn’t operating at his best, and that there was more in the tank if he could just get things to stick.
We get into the cycle a lot of men fall into. Going all in, pushing hard for a few weeks, then work and life take over and everything drops off.
Lee realised the problem wasn’t effort or motivation. It was the approach.
Doing less, but doing it consistently, changed everything. Not perfectly, not every day, but enough to build momentum and actually maintain it.
Once that clicked, everything else started to feel easier. Work, home life, and how he handled pressure all improved as a result.
