Drawing on 20 years in Singapore’s technology sector, Doug shares what he’s hearing from firms across the region, from concerns about accuracy and trust to uncertainty over which business process to tackle first. He walks through an infrastructure customer’s use of AI to compare EPC contractor bids for energy storage projects in Japan, reducing a process taking more than a week to minutes. They also discuss how Fifth Dimension’s process atlas and hands-on sessions help firms identify and test relevant use cases.
The conversation looks ahead to how AI might reshape real-assets teams, including the emerging role of AI product managers and opportunities for smaller firms to compete with larger institutions.
