Having trained 16,000 coaches around the world, we are honored to have the opportunity to share their stories in this podcast. Here you will learn about their pathway to coaching and how their work is shaped by being a coach. We’ll also interview leaders in the field who have influenced our own thinking. With 25 years of experience in dance, fitness, and health education, Megan is currently a dedicated health coach who passionately guides and educates individuals toward personalized behavior change techniques. Her goal is to help people achieve greater longevity and well-being, tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
Megan is known for her 10 years of work designing and leading collegiate courses at the University of New Mexico, including topics such as ‘Stress Management’, ‘Partner-free Ballroom’, and ‘Conflict Mediation’. She has been featured as an author, podcast speaker, warm-up lead, and conference presenter.
Megan advocates for practices and strategies that are inclusive, meaningful, evidence-based, and empowering. She collaborates with national and global organizations that embrace similar and proactive values and visions.
