Recorded live at The Collaboration Experiment at The Bass Museum of Art in Miami Beach, Matt Landau explores a more human definition of collaboration.

Through stories of unexpected partnerships, a life-changing trip, a deeply moving moment on stage in Barcelona, and a gathering that nearly fell apart in the Nevada desert, Matt reflects on what happens when we loosen our grip on control and make room for something new to emerge.

This is not a conversation about dividing tasks or chasing the perfect outcome. It is about experimentation, honesty, vulnerability, and the kind of shared experiences that can turn mistakes, tension, and uncertainty into the most memorable part of the work.

A live talk for anyone building something with others—and wanting to do it with a little more courage, creativity, and heart.
