Growing up in Botswana and South Africa, Fraser endured immense loss, losing those closest to him. At 17, he joined the British Army, serving with distinction in Afghanistan, where he developed resilience and leadership under pressure.
After leaving the military, Fraser faced the struggle of transitioning to civilian life, working tirelessly to build a successful career in private security and elite hospitality. In 2021, he battled complex PTSD, a turning point that fuelled his passion to help others.
Fraser founded The Ops Con Academy to support veterans, blue-light professionals, and service members transitioning into rewarding civilian careers. Focused on providing skills, mentorship, and community, his mission is to ensure stability and purpose for those navigating life after service.
