In this episode, Jack speaks to Natalie about falling in love with sailing when he stepped onto his first boat at 6 years old. He reveals how his love of the sport meant that he never questioned whether type 1 diabetes would stop him sailing when he was diagnosed at the age of 15, and the many crossovers between sailing a boat alone and managing type 1 diabetes, Yes, really.
