In this episode of United Voices with Sherrie Saunders she talks with Sandra Goodman and Ramona McCallie. Ramona Haley McCallie the mother of Brittany Smith, the woman accused of murdering Joshua Todd Smith on January 15, 2018. She (Brittany Smith) was found incompetent to stand trial at this time. On February 4, 2019, Jackson County Circuit Judge Jenifer Holt order Smith be taken into custody by the Jackson County Sheriff’s office from the courtroom and transported to the custody of the Alabama Department of Mental Health, for detoxification and other mental health treatment. It is believed that Smith will be restored to competency within 90 days. The guests will talk about the corruption in Jackson County (Scottboro) and how they do court referrals.
